Paul Soni - President & CEO

Paul is responsible for the overseeing of the organization and cultivation of all business relationships, current and future projects and capital sources globally. 

Paul has over the years, built this matrix of institutional capital sources that is unparallel to those in our industry.  His sole responsibly is to continue to create the competitive edge that will allow Global Capital Connect to grow into the most comprehensive commercial real estate capitalization source in the world.  His hands on approach of coordinating the facilitation of the underwriting guidelines ensure the necessary due diligence of all transactions being presented to our capital institutions are scrutinized resulting to a small percentage of requests submitted qualify, thus creating a strong track record of perfection with our capitalization institutions.  

Paul comes to the Finance industry with many years of experience in the Medical Educational field, Global Import & Export Business and Global finance arena.
 
Paul is, currently, President and CEO of MONEY SOLUTIONS, a mortgage Brokerage firm licensed in the province of Ontario with a Financial Securities Commissions of Ontario License #10731. MONEY SOLUTIONS specializes in Local Mortgage Solutions in alternative financing in the residential, commercial and Construction transactions. MONEY SOLUTIONS also works with Shariah Compliant Residential and Commercial Mortgages all over Canada. MONEY SOLUTIONS has been granted an exclusive contract to provide Shariah Compliant Financing in Canada. 
 
Paul is also, currently, Vice-President of ALLIANCE CAPITAL PARTNERS a subsidiary of ALLIANCE FINANCING GROUP. a Canadian company that specializes in providing tailored financing products and services to growing businesses on a GLOBAL LEVEL.
